Exchange and return policy

Product return policy :-

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product purchased from the website within 30 days from the date of purchase only in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, based on a technical report from the company or approved branches, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. If the 30-day period expires, no replacement will be made. Or return the product for any reason, and in this case the customer must contact customer service to register a manufacturing defect report for the products for which a manufacturing defect report is registered, in accordance with the text of Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law.

  • When returning or exchanging a product, the box and packaging materials must be in their original condition, and the product should not have been opened or used. It should be returned with all its original contents and documentation. If a gift was included with the purchase, it must also be returned with the product. Failure to return all items will result in the rejection of the exchange or return request. In the case of returning or exchanging a product purchased with a discount or offer, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
  • In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, even if there is no manufacturing defect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • If the product has not been opened or used and is still in its original condition:
    According to Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request an exchange or a refund of the product’s value within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has no manufacturing defects. However, this is only applicable if the product is in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase (i.e., not opened or used).
  • In this case, the product will be exchanged, and any difference in price between models will be collected if applicable, or the product will be refunded after deducting shipping costs. This is in accordance with Article 40, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is required to refund the amount paid to the customer using the same payment method, and the consumer bears the shipping and return costs). Additionally, for online payments via VISA/Mastercard, Vodafone Cash, or Etisalat Cash, an administrative fee of 1.5% of the devices value will be deducted. For payments through Fawry services, an administrative fee of 2.25% of the products value will be deducted. For payments through MPOS machines upon product receipt, an administrative fee of 1.45% plus 1 EGP will be deducted.
  • In the case where the customer has opened the products box: According to Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer does not have the right to exchange or return the product if it has been opened or used, as outlined in the following cases:
